I also offer some of my Original Art to include paintings and sculptures also created by me in my Art Studio.
I paint with my very own artist made paints and each objet d'art can differ from a similar piece created previously.
The objets d'art available have been handcrafted with the highest quality materials and fine art supplies to create unique designer art decor collectibles.
I strive to ensure a positive experience for my customers by providing excellent customer service and high quality art and objets d'art for the discerning art lovers and collectors.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES :
Please note that only orders returned within 14 days from the orginal delivery date are eligible for return.
Please note that although I offer complementary shipping only partial refunds are issued for customer-error returns or in case the parcel won't be accepted by the customer upon delivery. In the above mention cases the customer will receive a refund minus the total shipping costs.
The customer is responsible for shipping fees and expenses to return the item. Items bought on Sale are not eligible for return.
I DON'T ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS ON ORDERS.

REFUNDS ON DAMAGED ITEMS DURING SHIPPING:
Tracking and insurance are provided with shipping.
Every single order is packed carefully by our Shipping Carrier to ensure perfect delivery, however, in the unfortunate case that the order will be delivered with damaged contents please contact me as soon as possible.
I will strive to work promptly with the buyer.
Pictures of the damaged item and the packaging are required in order to file a claim.
The customer is required to bring the damaged item to the shipping company specified for inspection as required by the claim and if needed.
Please note that a replacement or a refund cannot be issued if the customer fails to bring the damaged item to the shipping carrier for eventual inspection.
All refunds are processed and sent once the claim is completed.
SHIPPING ESTIMATES:
All items in stock (not custom orders) are processed and ship within the processing times stated on the item order page.
Tracking is promptly provided after shipping.
Although the expected delivery date is sent along with a tracking number, please understand that the expected delivery date cannot be guaranteed by the seller (the artist) due to potential shipping carrier delays due to Covid '19 and the weather.
In case of delays and problems with the delivery please contact me and I will promptly assist you with tracking the parcel. Thank you!

UNFORTUNATELY, I AM UNABLE TO SHIP OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES AT THIS TIME UNLESS SPECIFIED AND UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
